The awesome power of extreme weather is captured in the design of the MTG-B2000YS. The watch bears the name ‘Stormchaser’, after meteorological researchers who head straight into extreme weather like tornadoes and supercell thunderstorms. The stainless-steel bezel is ion-plated in two colors and finished with gradations to emulate rapidly changing weather conditions. The case is constructed of multiple layers of laminated carbon and glass fiber sheets and treated to a phosphorescent finish, creating the look of dark skies with approaching storm clouds and a piercing flash of lightning. The flexible soft urethane band was molded with mixed colors of resin, thus capturing the look of a weather map. With Multiband 6, Tough Solar charging system, and high-brightness LED light, this watch keeps you at peak performance, no matter the weather.

This G-Shock watch has a case made of Carbon reinforced resin with a diameter of 51 mm and is fitted with a Resin band. Inside the case lies a Casio movement and the watch features a Single anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
