Payment denied

Unfortunately creditcard fraud is still a major problem for webshops. HWG is responsible for preventing fraudulent orders. Our Payment Service Provider (PSP) has the right to obtain information from your bank if the address on the card does not match the shipping address. We also have the right to cancel orders or deny payments without giving reasons.
We report all (attempted) credit card fraud to the credit card company.
