Reserve and collect

Are you looking for a watch but would you like to see it first before you commit to buying it? That is possible at Holland Watch Group.
Order the products you are interested in on our website and choose the option “pick up” at the location of your convenience. We will then reserve these products for five working days so you can view them in our showroom. Without any obligation to buy.

Watch straps

Are you looking for a replacement watch strap for your watch, or maybe just a different one? We can also assist you with this.

When can you collect your order?

Reserved products will usually be delivered to your chosen location on the next working day after placing your order (if placed before 3pm), but at a maximum of 48 hours on working days. Occasionally your order may take a little longer, in that case we will contact you and let you know about the delay.

Please bring your order confirmation as identification.

Reserve and collect is currently not available outside of The Netherlands and Belgium.
